  It's a little surprising how many folks - even ones that clearly are capable and know their craft aren't the best at communicating.

Whatever happens, I wanted to let you know that I would definitely recommend you as someone that the people I know should contact if they have a remodeling project.  My gut tells me you are a honest person in a profession where one has to be pretty careful, I think.
