Knowing what to expect was key for us.  With IDS we got a written cost estimate with itemized expense projections.  It included expected start and completion dates.  In the end we got more than expected – high quality work, careful consideration for our needs and work completed on time and within budget. You may never be told  what IDS means but we think it is ‘expect more’.
