After interviewing many contractors  we were impressed by Darcy's professionalism, honesty and knowledge. One of the things we valued about Darcy was how quickly he would respond to phone calls or e-mails.  When we asked the impossible, he would go away and work on it until he had an answer.  He would listen to our needs and make necessary changes.  Darcy's bid was very detailed at the beginning of the project, and as the project changed, Darcy was clear on the costs of adjustments.   IDS Remodeling was easy to work with.  Darcy and his son, Aaron, have a strong work ethic and consistently showed their ability to do quality work.  We have recommend IDS Remodeling to friends and neighbors, and plan to use them again in the future for a bathroom remodel.
